The company TCM International Tool Consulting & Management GmbH is the core of the international TCM Group with headquarters in Georgsberg near Stainz with branches in Germany, Luxembourg, Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia and China.

TCM is an international total solution provider for all aspects of the manufacturing process. The services that TCM offers worldwide are versatile and range from tool management (supply and maintenance of cutting tools) to measuring equipment, process and fluid management, as well as tool and machine construction, tool dispensing systems and training in the cutting area. The different systems, the advancing automation and digitization presented us with new challenges.

In the beginning there was the problem of not getting tool master data from SAP into other systems. Systems that are urgently needed for networked Industry 4.0. Our international development team loves problems. Because they call for solutions. Said and done. The idea of ​​creating a master data management system for TOOLTRACER tools was born. One that plays all pieces, as we Austrians say. 25,000 development hours, 400 video conferences and 17 test runs later, the time has come: TOOLTRACER sees the light of day.
